What this site stores and what it doesn't.
This is an English courtesy translation. The German version is legally binding.
In short: this site sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers on page load. Data only goes to a third party (Google/YouTube) if you actively start a video.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Deutschland. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary data your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer URL, browser and operating system (user agent), amount of data transferred and HTTP status code.
The purpose is delivering the site and keeping it secure and stable (e.g. defending against attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure, error-free operation. Log files are deleted no later than 35 days unless needed to investigate a specific security incident.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Encryption
The connection to this site is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS).
4. Fonts, map and scripts
Fonts (Big Shoulders Display, Public Sans, IBM Plex Mono), the Leaflet map library, the map tiles and all images are served from this server. No connection to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or other third parties is made on page load.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser (no local storage, no session storage). A cookie banner is therefore not needed.
6. YouTube videos (two-click solution)
Videos from Techtive Games' official channel are first shown only as a preview image served from this server. Only when you click a video is it loaded via youtube-nocookie.com (privacy-enhanced mode). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When you click, your browser sends data to Google, in particular your IP address, the page visited and technical device information; Google may use cookies or similar technologies during playback. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time for the future by not starting further videos and reloading the page.
Data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your details (email address, message content) are processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in replying). The data is deleted once the request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Links to other websites
Links to Steam, Discord, YouTube, RaidAtlas and other sites lead to services of other providers. You only leave this site when you click; their privacy policies apply there.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
Right to object: where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the state where you live or where the controller is based.

10. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
